Elkhana and the Prince of Rhenar
A fantasy for Juveniles
The conflict between God and Satan is played out in a war against the nations by Dagon, King of the Archons. Under the influence of Abbadon, Lord of the underworld, Dagon's scientists have cloned the Archons to create an invincible army. Jo-el, Prince of the Elvin nation of Rhenar, is seeking waters from the Crystal Spring to heal his deathly ill sister. Jo-el is captured by Dagon's warriors and learns of Dagon's schemes. He escapes with the aid of Elkhana, a magic cat-like creature, and Bakar, Warden of Dagon's dungeons. They find the Crystal Spring, and Jo-el decides to pass through Archonland as a shortcut to warn his father of the impending invasion of Rhenar. He is recaptured and chained to a war machine from which he is to witness the destruction of his homeland. The climax is a thrilling confrontation of Jo-el by the Son of Elyah, the God of creation.

"The field of Christian fantasy needs the depth and richness to be found in this book. There is much food for thought here, as well as adventure, for adults and children alike. The debates between Satan's servants and God's are battle scenes in the deepest sense of the word - must read!"

The Assasin
(Co-written with Randy Maas)
This is an adventure novel about two antagonists representing opposite poles of ethics and morality. An Iraqi revolutionary, Sabah Yamani, one of the world's foremost assassins, conspires to attack America by spreading toxic mold on Midwestern wheat fields. She kills Admad Jamal, her co-conspirator, and meets and eventually marries Liam Kirwan, a rogue IRA terrorist. They assassinate Anatoly Malikov, a Russian general who offered to sell them the toxin. Sabah and Liam arrive in America and choose the farm of Angus Finney in Nebraska as the first stage in blackmailing the U.S. government.

Kirby McCormick, a half-breed Stockbridge Indian from Wisconsin, is a top Navy SEAL. He leaves the Navy and heads west, where he finds love with Jenny Finney. Kirby has a long-standing feud with Sabah who had tortured and killed his fiancée. Aware of Sabah's intentions, Kirby heads a SEAL team to stop her. This ends in a violent climax.

"I found it fascinating . . . the plot is fast moving and filled with suspense to the very end . . . your description of the places, the characters and their actions is superb."
Jessie Wingfield

"The Assassin is one of the most intriguing books that I have ever read. I finished it in four days. I can't remember ever reading a book that fast before in my life. My wife Patty was amazed that I was that interested in a book because I don't read very often for enjoyment."
Jack Duvall
